I installed this lock a month ago.
There were 3 reasons I bought this lock:
1. It doesn't need bridge to integrate with Alexa security system.
2. Price.
3. It could be controlled from a smart phone.
Installation was not complicated, integration with security system was easy.
At this point it works great.

It never worked with password , and stopped working with app for presshold
