I really wish I had more than one minute to leave a review with the video, these hearing aids I got for my dad because he keeps losing his and when you're trying to replace hearing aids at 2 to $3,000 that gets really expensive. I got these and I plugged it in immediately to see if it needed to charge, the blue light did come on which means it needs to charge, but of course being impatient, I thought well I let it sit for 5 minutes it should at least turn on, and it did, but I do recommend highly turning it down with the dial knob towards the top of the hearing aid turn it down and then work your way up. These things are very crisp very clear, and I have extremely good hearing, these will do my dad wonders. If the ear fitting does not fit the ear correctly I believe you have three or four other ones to choose from for each hearing aid so it's really good that way as well. They charge very easily with a USB C cable you just need to plug it into the wall or a laptop or a computer and you are good to go. Definitely no regrets with this Buy.. oh and real quick, the instructions are actually in English and you can read it very easily it's nice it's like somebody told them how to write in English LOL.
UPDATE: These are able to be right or left, carefully twist the ear piece, if u only need a left, BAM! Carefully twist the ear piece that goes in the ear and wah lah! Two left hearing aids for 30.00!
