I usually order small but I ordered a size medium, I’m 135 and typically wear a size 28. I would say these are true to size. Order typical size if you like a more fitted look (not restrictive) or a size up if you like a little more roomy look.
These are very cute and the material was a little stiff when I tried on but after washing it is softer and very comfy.

I got size L and it comes smaller than normal, it looks like M in case it helps you and go ask us for bigger than what you normally are
